Yes, you can sign up and attend by yourself. There are up to 8 people in each cohort. Most of the Reset Protocol is done in silence.

Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing for movement and sitting.
Sauna and cold immersion attire (ie. Bathing suit)
Water bottle
Crocs/Flip flops/slip on shoes (optional)
You will be provided with towels for your experience.

Please don’t bring big bags and additional items with you. Personal cubbies are small and can’t accommodate large items.
Please also leave valuable items and phones behind.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes in advance of your scheduled start time to check-in, change and be ready to start on time.
You are welcome to check in up to 20 minutes in advance of your scheduled start time.

The Experience

Reset is a professionally guided experience for groups of up to eight. You will be invited to participate in a series of curated practices tailored to support your nervous system.
Prior to arriving, you can complete a brief intake form. You will also have the opportunity for a 1:1 check-in with your Guide to deepen and integrate your learning.

The Reset balances low-pressure group sharing with extended periods of quiet.
Silence is woven throughout the session to help shift your focus from outward doing to inward being.

No problem! Research shows beginners have the most to gain and benefit.
You are coming to explore and we are here to practice with you. The yoga postures we engage with are basic and adaptable to you.
Mindfulness Meditation is a new skill you will discover! ust like any new practice, you will notice steady shifts over time—and the best part about mindfulness is that practicing it actually helps us let go of needing to be perfect.

Yes, part of your Reset is a subscription to the MindWell Digital Learning Platform. At no additional cost, you CAN sign up and get access to additional online programs, videos, assessment, virtual classes and ai coaching via the MindWell platform.

A Team Reset is an opportunity to bring your team of 8 to MindWell House to experience the Reset together. Not only do you get the benefits for individuals but you also develop team dynamics and bonding by going through the experience together as a team. A Team Reset will be exclusive for your team.

Yes. You can purchase a book of passes to Reset and offer it to your employees to come on their own. The MindWell Reset is a powerful workplace wellness initiative that provides immediate support AND tools for continued sustainment. Improve employee health and well-being with a Reset.

Reset for teams is different than coming to a Reset as an individual because you are booking out the session with up to 8 slots. As part of the intake we learn more about your group and then able to customize the offering toward your specific group. The Team’s Reset is an extra hour long (4 hours in total) and you are able to extend the day longer if you wish with a catered meal onsite and/or additional activities for your team.

Dr. Geoff Soloway, PhD
With over 20 years of experience developing, teaching and researching mindfulness-based well-being, Dr. Soloway brings a research-driven lens to the Reset. His work focuses on the intersection of mental training and team resilience, leadership ensuring the protocol is grounded in the latest psychological science and organizational health.
Tamara Soloway, MScOT
As a Registered Occupational Therapist, Tamara specializes in the neurophysiology of regulation. With over 20 years of experience, she translates physiological data into functional action, utilizing sensory modulation and thermal protocols to build tangible, real-world resilience for teams operating in high-pressure environments.
