Utilize heart rate variance (HRV) biofeedback to objectively train your nervous system for greater resilience. By monitoring this key stress biomarker, you will learn to maintain the physiological coherence essential for sustained high-level performance.

03 / Cedar Sauna

Shift from depletion to renewal in our custom cedar sauna using therapeutic heat to detox and expand your stress threshold. Cultivate the autonomic flexibility essential for maintaining physical and mental wellness.

04 / Cold Immersion

Situated amidst the Garry oak, choose the rain shower or cold plunge to accelerate renewal. Practice breathing through "cold shock" to train your brain to stay "online" while your body gets from a neuro-chemical boost, metabolic and cellular tune-up, and inflammation turn-down.

05/ Mindfulness Training

Settle into our light-filled studio, where a wood-burning stove and forest views provide a calming backdrop for gentle movement and seated postures. Here, you will cultivate mental fitness through reps of mindfulness exercises, and strengthen core executive brain networks of attention, emotion, and cognitive flexibility.


06/ Reflection & Insight

We provide a MindWell journal with guided prompts as a tool to help quiet a busy mind, support your reflection and awareness throughout the day. Our final session solidifies insights from the day, a plan for integrating learning into daily life, and access to the MindWell digital platform to sustain your gains.

His work focuses on the intersection of mental training and team resilience, leadership ensuring the protocol is grounded in the latest psychological science and organizational health.

Tamara Soloway, MScOT

As a Registered Occupational Therapist, Tamara specializes in the neuro-biology of regulation. With over 20 years of experience, she translates physiological data into functional action, utilizing sensory modulation and thermal protocols to build tangible, real-world resilience for teams operating in high-pressure environments.
