Reset is a guided group thermal wellness experience, utilizing ancient practices, natural elements and modern tools to decelerate the nervous system, elevate awareness and reconnect to what matters most.

Reset is 3 hours long. We welcome you to arrive up to 20 minutes in advance of your scheduled start time.

Yes, you can sign up and attend by yourself. There are up to 8 people in each cohort. Most of the Reset Protocol is done in silence.

Wear outdoor walking shoes
Jacket and/or layer appropriate for being outside
Wear comfortable, loose clothing for stretching and sitting.
Bathing suit
Water bottle
Flip flops (optional)
You will be provided with towels for your experience.

There are opportunities for sharing in a Reset, and also longer opportunities for silence.
Silence is a core component of the Reset experience. Some people look forward to the silence and some don’t think they can do it!
Turning inward vs. outward helps enriches our Nervous System Reset and access clearer insight.

Perfect! Research shows beginners have the most to gain and benefit.
You are coming to learn and we are here to teach. The yoga postures we engage with are basic and adaptable to you.
Mindfulness Meditation is a new skill you will learn! Just like anything, with practice you will see improvements, although with mindfulness, practice can also lead to letting go of perfect.

Dr. Geoff Soloway, PhD
With over 20 years of experience developing, teaching and researching mindfulness-based well-being, Dr. Soloway brings a research-driven lens to the Reset. His work focuses on the intersection of mental training and team resilience, leadership ensuring the protocol is grounded in the latest psychological science and organizational health.
Tamara Soloway, MScOT
As a Registered Occupational Therapist, Tamara specializes in the neurophysiology of regulation. With over 20 years of experience, she translates physiological data into functional action, utilizing sensory modulation and thermal protocols to build tangible, real-world resilience for teams operating in high-pressure environments.
